Moshe Kahlon, born in 1960, is the Minister of Finance, founder and chairman of the Kulanu Party and a Member of Knesset on leave, He served as Minister of Communications and Minister of Welfare and Social Services in the Israeli government and was a member of the Knesset on behalf of the Likud party.
He holds a BA in political science from the University of Haifa and completed his law studies at Netanya Academic College. Kahlon studied at Harvard University in an advanced management program aimed at “examining managerial concepts from a capitalist perspective, a consumer market, and a global economic environment”
